Over the years, Frank has acquired skills ranging from methods & procedures analysis for business efficiency to determining the most suitable hardware and software options for use by his clients and on to integration and training. His book, So You Want To Buy A Computer? was published in 1993.

Frank has converted manual office systems onto computers, designed and installed Web sites, created manuals & documentation and trained hundreds of people, both corporate clients and individuals, in the use of personal computers . 

He now enjoys working with individuals and small companies, helping them develop websites that are fast loading, easy to navigate and present a straight forward message. He also helps with newsletters, Powerpoint presentations, flyers and brochures.
